For the next phases of each competition, we will decrease the number of entries and will increase the number of week. This will make the overall success rate come from 100% to 120% (70% / 100). We have already done it successfully for the maintenance competition.



This will bring the number of people successfully reaching 100% success rate to 100%.



How to make the training and group get more complicated



The most important problem in our building is having the right training time.



If we set the number of training hours to 30 hours, we will have around 3 + 3 more days for training. With this, there are 2 teams, and each group will have 5 members.



After each team has 3 training sessions, we will have over 40 hours of training for each training session. So we will use ~1000 hours of the month.



If we have some 2-team split (250 + 70), we will have around 3+ 3 + 2 more days of training and we will save ~1000 hours of the month.



We can find two problems.



If we increase the number of participants, we will have 2 sessions per day for 3 people. We will have 10 test sessions a month (40 / 15).



For each session, we will have around 5 -6 hours of training. This will bring the training time down to 30 hours per month.



This process of the training, for each group, may help to shorten the training time. If each group has only two sessions per month, we will have just 10 hours of training.
